Mark Lewis Bio

Graduated from Yale University in 1972. Spent a decade working in alternative education. In 1979 got interested in microcomputers and programming.   Founded Island Technologies in 1982, a software development and systems installation company. Sold Island Technologies and joined Electronic Arts in 1984. At EA worked in product development and eventually ran EA International, which involved development and distribution everywhere except North America.  This involved setting up offices in over 25 countries with a distribution network to over 125 countries.   Retired from EA in 2001.

Joined the Muse Board at its formation in 2000 as Chairman and oversaw the development of the Muse Platform Architecture.

Over the past 25 years, working with some of the most exceptionally creative minds in interactive entertainment and media, I remain committed to surfing the technology wave as it moves us forward towards more fun and learning.

Matthew Guelke Bio

Graduated in 97 in philosophy and literature from the University of Victoria in British Columbia.   Spent two years in Tokyo teaching and delivering seminars for the Japanese government, creating workshops for Casio and acted as President of the Tokyo Association of English Teachers.   From 2001, acted as Marketing Director of Muse Communications.   Contributions included development and implementation of marketing budgets and plans as well as involvement in Sales and board presentations.   Also participated as Creative Director for several multimedia software projects while at Muse.   These included the management of outside creative teams as well as overall product creation and concept design.

Having been an active part in some astounding immersive and collaborative technology, I look forward to experiencing the new frontier of interactive media, design and interface technology.
