Bio Derek Lomas (BA Cognitive Science, Yale) is a designer of collaborative social environments that empower the distributed production of art and ideas. Derek seeks to uproot the centralized broadcast culture with tools for the creative exchange of media at the local level. Derek is co-founder of SCAPE, (Socially Connected Academic Peer Exchange), the DSWAP (Digital Student Works Archive Project), and is an interface design consultant for StudioIMC.
